New Client Remote Session

Use this playbook for first-time support calls.

  1. Confirm the device has stable internet and the user can stay on the line.
  2. Send the setup link: /downloads/rustdesk-windows-quicksetup.ps1.
  3. Verify RustDesk server value is rustdesk.hupihovi.eu.
  4. Verify key is jRjfe95Tc3aYLsf9SDsmdjzn2oM4YR5rPERae1BWyYo=.
  5. Request ID and one-time password, complete the fix, and confirm with user.
  6. Disable unattended access unless it is explicitly required.
  7. Write a 3-line session note: issue, action, follow-up.
